By purchasing a Membership through one of Ottout campaigns, Ottout will charge you for the trial period fee and then your Membership will automatically be renewed, and billed for the above fee according to the plan you will select on Ottout country currency or the local equivalent (as detailed under "Pricing by country"). Ottout will notify you via a reminder email 7 days before your trial period expires, or immediately after the purchase if the trial period is shorter than 7 days. The email will include the date and time of the trial period's expiration, the invoice of your purchase, and these terms of use. If you do not receive the emails, feel free to contact the Customer Support Centre. You acknowledge and accept that Ottout is not required to seek additional authorization from you for the recurring payments.

3. Invoicing and Payments:

When you sign up for a Membership with Ottout, your provided payment method will be automatically billed for the above fee according to the plan you will select. Once we receive your order our services will be available to you. A confirmation email of your order with the description of the billing and a digital invoice will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the Membership. The billing cycle involves the automatic deduction of the Membership fee from on the specific payment date indicated in the email. The duration of your billing cycle varies based on the subscription type you selected during the service sign-up. Your payment date may change if your payment method is unsuccessful or if you modify your subscription plan.

All payments are conducted through a secure SSL encrypted connection, ensuring maximum safety and your payment information may be shared with a third-party partner, such as a payment processor or acquirer. It's important to note that the processing of payments by other Payment Providers will be governed by their respective terms of service, and Ottout bears no responsibility for your relationship with these Payment Providers or for their actions.

Billing Terms may be modified at any time by publication of the revised fees on the Service and any continued use of the Site or purchase of a Membership following such publication shall be construed as conclusive acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of a failure to collect the fees owed by you, you authorize Ottout to make additional attempts at a later time. Should a payment not be successfully settled due to reasons such as expiration or insufficient funds, and you do not cancel your subscription, you remain responsible for the outstanding amounts.

4. Refund:

Ottout provides a 100% refund if requested within 14 days of your purchase. No refunds will be issued for Membership fees that have already been paid and you are obligated to settle any remaining charges prior to any cancellation and/or termination. Exceptions for refund paid fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the decision of the customer support team.

5. Cancellation:

There is no obligation to maintain your membership; you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. This can be done by clicking on "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided instructions or by reaching out to our customer support team via email or phone. Your account will remain active until the conclusion of the current billing cycle. Ottout reserves the right to modify its Billing Provisions at any time by announcing new fees on its Website. If you continue to use our services after the changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. Upon cancellation of your Membership, your user account, data and content will be deleted and cannot be recovered and the clauses of this Agreement relating to the protection and enforcement of Ottout intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, indemnification, limitation and governing law will remain valid.
